I know first-hand about weight loss and the ups and downs of trying and failing. I have felt defeated, embarrassed and not good enough. I am here to tell you there is a way to lose weight and have a healthy life. 

Between my own experience and what I learned in school, I have developed a program that uses real life and easy to apply strategies. With determination and a willingness to change, clients will be able to enjoy a healthy life.

This is not a diet program. I work with every client as an individual and create a plan that fits their lifestyle. Everyone is different, so I feel building a personalized program for each client will give my clients the knowledge and encouragement they need to succeed.​​
