I know first-hand about weight loss and the ups and downs of trying and failing. I have felt defeated, embarrassed and not good enough. I am here to tell you there is a way to lose weight and have a healthy life.

Between my own experience and what I learned in school, I have developed a program that uses real life and easy to apply strategies. With determination and a willingness to change, clients will be able to enjoy a healthy life.

This is not a diet program. I work with every client as an individual and create a plan that fits their lifestyle. Everyone is different, so I feel building a personalized program for each client will give my clients the knowledge and encouragement they need to succeed.​​

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Life can be very stressful between work, family, and endless responsibilities. Some of our daily habits shape who we are and contribute to our well-being, and others do not. The truth is, you have the power to change your mindset and live a healthier and happier life by learning tools to manage stress and burnout.

My program helps people replace harmful coping mechanisms and develop sustainable habits that manage stress, burnout and overcome depression. Together, we will work on strategies that will restore your energy and create balance in your life.

Stress and nutrition are deeply connected. As a certified Health & Life Coach, I help create a personalized plan that not only fuels the body and supports mental health but also provides tools to handle life’s challenges that can be easily integrated into daily routines.

Clients will learn effective techniques, such as mindfulness, relaxation practices and creating a better work life balance.​
